Even Audi’s old …
Even Audi’s old twin turbo 2.8L was quite slow. 265hp with a lot of weight (3500lbs+) to haul around mean 0-60 takes over 7 seconds.
None-the-less, even though it’s not the fastest car on the road, it’s still a great car.

wow are u kidding me. my 1998 audi a4 2.8 is plenty fast enough to blow away a ton of cars. have raced bmw five series and smoked them. the power to weight ratio is much different. it doesnt matter that it has 265hp it has a very very good power to weight ratio. ing idiot

Though the 3.2 …
Though the 3.2 isn’t considered entry level either, the 3.2 would be competing with the 330xi. Either way it would suck to get beat by Altimas. Remeber 265 isn’t bad for a NA V6 anyway. The Cayman S pushes 295hp on a 3.6L.

yeah have a good yawn, but let’s face it, in terms of style, audi wins. mercs look like cheap chryslers, bmw’s are now as exclusive as fords and vauxhalls, what else is there? what would you get for the money?

G37 is not entry …
G37 is not entry level, nor is the 335i. The 325i is entry level. And nor is the IS350, the IS250 would be entry level. As stated in the very word “entry level” means the lower end models. I don’t get how some people are so ignorant about pure common sense subjects.

LOL wow you really are dumb, those cars are competing with the S4! I currently own an A4 (has a much better interior than all of those cars btw) and the new B8 S4 will completely those as well. Not that the B7 S4 with the V8 doesn’t kick as well. The A4’s 2.0T engine is legondary.

How do you know what I’ve driven? I’d usually end any conversation with anyone who would make such a stupid conclusion based off of one internet post but…
Everyone Else’s “entry level” car (that the A4 competes against)is now 300hp+. Audi needs to get with the times period. The G37, IS350, 335I absolutely destroys this Audi with the “nice interior”. What ever makes you happy I guess.
Oh yeah, I used to own an Audi A4.

If it’s anything like my B7 I bet it’s got twice as good an interior as anything you’ve ever driven. 265hp is significant when you consider this is just an entry level car. Those who want more sport can go S4-RS4.

well I got mine on …
well I got mine on Monday!!! me is it lush! Very nippy down the country roads.
I got it in very dark green. its looks black at first.
I have to say, it is truely awesome! I took it to germany on tuesday (work) and got it up to 143mph.

Audi, like other Euro brands, are more common and generally sold with very little options compared to American parts. Not everyone who buys an A4 is filthy rich.
